"Just remember, Sora may be going a bit insane but he isn't stupid. He'll figure out that we came here eventually, and will want us thrown in prison." I warned everyone. "Just because we're here doesn't mean we're totally safe."
"And Bespin has the right to refuse to extradite us," Miss Haltzilakas pointed out.
"With Sora's new policy on everything, I don't think he'd stop just because Lando said no. He'd use a little more force, I'm sure," I argued, then glancing at Lando. "And no offense, Lando, but Cloud City wouldn't be that hard to take, for an entire NR fleet anyway."
"I think it depends on how much trouble we make," Dusk said.
"Although Sora hates us right now, and there are warrants out for our arrests, he has bigger things to deal with. The NR has a number of enemies alot more powerful than us...there's Mona, if that team hasn't apprehended her. Along with her comes the Black Sun, and then the Imperials, as well as Daala. Aside from, that there are the day-to-day problems that he and Solon will have to face if they want to run the NR." Miss H told us.
I shrugged. "Fair enough...well, guess Cloud City is our new home. Why can't we ever live anywhere that actually has, you know, a ground? Its always ships or planets that are nothing but sky and tall buildings."

"Thank you...I'm really honored, and am glad to be here. Now, I'll leave Leia with her newborn children and go look through these," I said, glancing from Leia to Bria. "Thanks again."
With that, I left.

I walked over to the plasteel cylinders, and it looked like they were locked, but I'd have no trouble in busting them open. I took out my blaster, and hit the cylinder hard. It came right open, and I saw several food reserves.
I busted the other open, and saw some water. "Thank the Force," I muttered.
"Leave it to Xizor to be prepared for any event...don't think he expected his enemies to be in this situation, though," Allison said from the doorway, or what was left of the doorway to the cargo hold, with a snort.

Naos and I walked out into the desert...looking out into it made our fates look more and more depressing, but I couldn't think like that. We would get out of this, find Li and Sem, and get back to everyone else in due time.
"So, Naos," I said, brushing some sand out of my face as it blew onto me. "Is this about Valar and Thorin?"
"Actually, no....they'll be fine..." Naos replied slowly. "But, well...it is sorta about Valar, and Scout and Nait."
I raised an eyebrow. "Oh? Are they alright? Have you felt something through the Force?"
He sighed, lowering his head. "Marlena, I...I've been keeping something from you. I didn't want to tell it to too many people when it first happened, and then we had Mona to deal with, but I think its time you know. As estranged as you've been from them, you are their mother. You need to know this."
I was getting concerned. "Naos? What is it?"
"Scout and Nait...left. They left Coruscant, they left our lives, and I don't think they're coming back." Naos explained, looking up at me with pure sadness in his eyes. "They took Valar, too."
My eyes widened. "What? Why? When was this?" I questioned, not sure even what to say.
"Its complicated to explain, but it wasn't that long before the mission even started. It was why I signed up for it, because I needed to get my mind on something else. But...in the Force, sometimes people get called away. Their loved ones don't understand it, but...its just their time. They have to go to...where they belong. Sometimes they go to different places, some go to the same place...its an odd, unique thing, much like the Force itself." Naos explained to me, rubbing his temples as he did so.
"I-I am not as experienced in the Force as any of you, so I don't quite understand, but go on." I told him calmly.
"Scout and Nait weren't the only ones to go. Jaskia and Darrina Thel-Lehon left, too...they all were great heroes, and they had done their part in helping the Galaxy, but now it was time for the next stage of their life. The Force called them to leave their current lives behind...for some reason, I didn't get the call. I almost wish I had, but I didn't...Thorin needed to stay behind, too, for unknown reasons. I suppose I need to lead the Jedi Order, but I can't exactly do that right now." Naos continued. I saw the tears well up in his eyes. "My soulmate, my fiancee is gone...I never even got to marry her. But maybe I'll understand...someday."
I looked down to the ground of sand myself, feeling a mix of emotions. Mostly shock. "All...all of my children are gone now. Almost as quickly as they came back into my life, they're all gone. Mona is gone, and now Tian and Nait. Its unbelieveable."
"I'm sorry, Marlena. I truly am."
I tried to get ahold of myself. I had to, in a time like this...I could not let this compromise me.
"It hurts, Naos, because I may not understand...but like I said, all of you know the Force better than I. There is reasoning for this, I know there is. Its difficult for us to understand, but it is...and at least, before they left, I tied up all the loose ends with them. We all got closure, and I even got slightly close to them. I got to watch my grandchildren come into the universe...that should be enough for me."
Naos nodded. "Yeah, yeah, you're probably right."
He turned to go back into the ship, and I could see the sadness all over him. "Naos...thanks for telling me."
"Yeah, you're welcome. I'm glad you know." he said.
"And...remember, you and Ti-Scout, were married in spirit. You truly were...I have rarely seen such stronger love. You may not be together right now, physically, but you will always be together in spirit. And perhaps someday, if the Force calls you...you two will be reunited. But for now, you are needed here, to raise your remaining son, and help the Jedi." I said to him, knowing that he needed more words of comfort than I.
He didn't turn around, but he spoke one more time. "Thank you."
