Wey saw the exchange and began to worry, he walked up to Jaskia "I'm geussing things aren't going so well? Espicially if Luminya is involved" he paused for a second "Is there anything I can do to help? I think enough time has passed for me to work alongside the ghosts again... that is if you'll let me." there was a small smirk on his face. "I may not be able to influence the force any longer but i can still sense it and can still fight."

Jaskia stood there, still. When Han opened to door to chase after her, Nait caught a glimpse of her shocked expression and shot her a questioning look. All the anger, all the frustration bubbling beneath the surface finally boiled over. Red-faced, she started after Olee with a jog, and was stopped by Wes. What's he doing here? she wondered. "Then you and Nait work together. I need to catch a stray Jedi." --
Nait stood at the now-open doorway and frowned at Wey. "What'd Olee say?" he asked, crossing his arms to glance at the empty hallway.
--
Olee and Han were up ahead, arguing about safety and groups. Jaskia gripped Olee's shoulder so tight that the younger girl winced in apparent pain. "You're not leaving," Jaskia hissed quietly. "Not here, not now. For Force's sake, Starstone, can't you see that it's only what they want us to do? I have not worked for so long and so hard just to have my right-hand leave during a crisis!" Breathing hard, she looked straight into Olee's eyes, and noticed Han was still behind them, standing awkwardly at the corner. "Go play with your Wookie, Solo!" she snapped.
--
Scout glanced at Naos, noticed he still hadn't answered. She waved her curved lightsaber in front of his face--her favorite design ever, beautifully made, producing an almost majestic sheen--and softly bopped him on the head. "You think too much," she said simply.

Naos
"You're probably right," I said with a chuckle as I grinned at Scout "But you gotta admit, with all thats going on, its hard not to think...but maybe I'll be more talkative once this drama ends...if it ends."
"Now Scout...there is something important I'd like to talk to you about, and for once it has no relation to the war whatsoever...in fact, it might be a good thing." I said as I scooted a bit closer to her

Scout raised both eyebrows and glanced dryly at Naos. "Oh really?" she asked. "This has got to be good..." Scout put her elbow on the control panel beside them--careful not to touch any buttons, because she was sure Nait had installed a green self-destruct button--and leaned to the side, closer to him. Another pain dart shot in her chest from the movement, but this time she didn't wince, locked in Naos' gaze, a small smile on her face.

I stared into Scout's eyes and a huge smile was already on my face, and I briefly carressed Scout's cheek, but then moved down and clutched both of her hands "Scout, as you know this whole war is far from over but calming down. Palpatine and Vader are dead, and about a quarter or half of the Imperial Fleet is wiped out. If the Rebels manage to take Coruscant, we might be in the clear for a little while. So basically...I'd like you to marry me, Scout." I whispered softly

Honestly, Scout was thrilled. Amazed. Wowed. Ooo-ing and ahh-ing over the prospect of being with Naos, not just as best friends, but as a generic couple, for all eyes to see. The thought of Rebellion against the old Jedi Code was strong within her, but Scout knew she'd have to do at least one thing to make this day memorable. She had to make him sweat.
She gently held up a hand to push him away. "And what makes you think I'd like to marry you, Blondie? It can't be for whatever good looks you might think you have."

I was stunned for a few seconds. Literally stunned. But she had to be just playing with me, right? She had to be, there was no way she wouldn't seriously refuse a marriage proposal after this long. At least I hoped not, but then again marriage was against the Jedi Code, but since the Order had been dead for almost twenty years I had gotten over it quickly.
First, I'd have to try to toy with her back. "Well, maybe because I'm probably the only man who can put up with you as well as I do." I replied

Scout gave a (fake) exasperated sigh. "Marriage is... confining," she said. "So many rules and boundaries. All the nicknames and such. 'I'll be home by ten...' And for newlyweds, you have to have a honeymoon among a few... other things... Do you think there's a planet within ten parsecs of our location whose law would allow us to step foot in their soil?" Scout tsked and shook her head, staring at something distant. "I don't know if we can, Blondie... Plus, Nait would break your neck."

"If Nait had a problem with our relationship, he would've addressed it a long time ago. As for marriage, how could it be different than what we have now? Yes its legally binding, but we practically already have that..unless of course...you want to pursue other men?" I said, raising an eyebrow fakely
I had a feeling she was just joking with me like how I am with her, but if she was being serious...well, I'd be in deep trouble.

OOC: Yes, he would be in deep trouble. - "That depends," Scout said. "I have a specific taste in men. The Jedi-guys, you know? And actually, strike Nait hitting you. I bet Fi would, just to make sure you had the guts to marry me if I said yes. And I'm not saying yes yet... and I'm not saying no. Convince me to marry you."

"Hey! I'm a "Jedi-Guy"! I'm much more of a Jedi than Nait or any of those other guys we knew at the Temple on Coruscant! And you know you couldn't find somene better for you than me. I'm pretty much the only one who understands you, and well...I'm the only "Jedi-guy" left that you're not related to or too young or too old for..." I said

Scout laughed out loud. "There's Ni, but I'd have to tear him away from Darrina, first." She leaned back in her seat and sighed loudly. "Fine, Naos, if you insist, I'll marry you. On ONE condition." She held up one finger to emphasize her point. "We find my parents and invite them."

I let a small gasp escape from my mouth "Scout...as much as I would love to fufill that condition and would definately try...I don't know if it'd be possible. We don't know anything about your parents...are they dead, are they alive? So many questions, I don't think Nait even knows too much..." I said with a sigh

Scout's smile didn't fade. "Don't worry, they're still alive on Ryloth. My mom works at a local casino handing out cards, and dad's a carpenter. Jaing's kept tabs on them for me." She laughed at his shocked expression. "So, Blondie, you have no excuse now. I agree." She leaned foreword and kissed his gently on the lips. "But no drinking on work days. And now knocking people out in undercover missions is a no, too. Don't think I forgot Tatooine..."

I snorted, finally realizing she was still playing with me "Well in that case...I could just go marry Erin. She'd let me do whatever I wanted...of course she'd forget I was her husband a few minutes after the wedding...so maybe I could settle for you...but I would have my own conditions, dear." I said with a smirk
