Maybe this goes in Culture & Society but it heavily involves the music land so I thought I'd post it here:
Has anyone heard of the Chris Brown attacking Rihanna incident? And if so, what do you think of it? Basically, I guess he beat Rihanna up real bad(bruised face, one of her eyes was swollen shut, split lip, I guess he had a deadly weapon too) the night of the Grammy's....though its uncertain as to what it was about. Some people say he got a text from a girl telling him they'd meet up later, and others say it was because he was flirting with Leona Lewis. And apparently he choked Rihanna into unconsciousness, too.
I also wonder what this means for Brown's career. Honestly, many people are removing him from ads and stuff....even if he somehow gets off the hook for this(he could face some years in prison), his career may be damaged!
