Now, there is something really weird and mysterious that I need the answer to because ever since I heard it its been on my mind. I can find no information on it at Wookiepedia, but alot of people are saying it.
Many people who are older generation SW fans state that all of the books/movies, including prequels, were released before ANH was even made, and George Lucas might have written them but the person I talked to had forgotten, and after some surfing of the internet other people have stated the same that all of the movies were in book form before 1977, and may not even have been written by George Lucas, even though he switched some things around in the script and just bought all the rights or something.
Other people I've talked to in real-life who apparently read these supposed books knew some stuff, for example they knew exactly how Padme died, and I was just shocked. But I can find nothing on these books.
