I actually prefer the prequels.
As a kid, I loved the originals, but over time...
I don't know, they seem like a fairy tale in sci fi. And well, the Luke/Leia combo grain on my nerves.

Yeah I like those two as well. Though more in the books. I also don't mind the Solo kids in the EU - it's just their mother and uncle...

Originals ftw. I agree that luke is very annoying (he wines way too much) and that the whole love triangle betwen Luke Han and Leia is really creepy after you watch the third one. But I think that Vader and Han keep it better then the prequals.

I prefer the prequels as i have already said but for some reason I prefer reading EU novels etc based around and after the Original Trilogy time period  |

Oh i haev to agree with that, EU is better then both for the novels. Espicially the thrawn trilogy.

Yeah, EU is pretty awesome.  I go for the Originals. Han and Leia were my favorites. Though I have a strong like towards episode one... With Qui-Gon, younger Obi-Wan, young Anakin, no love scenes... |

Yeah I think Qui Gon was an amazing character and he and young Obi (my favourite obi of th saga ) make a great team Does any one know any good EU novels etc featuring the pair? |

To be honest, not really
I've never really been all that interested in the old republic.
I think though, the two were in the young jedi knight series or something. I have one of the small books from it, about some planet were they loved their dead a wee bit too much
