so any one here a Fire Fly fan? Personally i loved this show it was a dark and gritty look at the future, and I loved the interaction between the characters. The only bad thing I can say about it really is that it was already canceled by the time I had started watching it  |

Well the main character is Captain Reynolds, who along with his second in command Zoe served in the civil war... on the losing side. it follows there travels along the galaxy aboard the Firefly class ship Serenity they have gathered themselves a crew, and for the most part live hand to mouth. The ship is beat up and small but its lived in and home to the characters.
the style is a mix of Space Opera, and Western. Also the musical score is amazing, with the music giving even more depth to the show, and intisifying scenes. The driving plot of the show is there helping River who was experimented on and basically turned into a super assassin by the Alliance, there protecting her and hiding there is what most times gets them into trouble.

It is an awesome show, the movie rocked as well. Every once in awhile Sci-Fi will do a marathon of Firefly.
