I have been totally hooked on this show lately. I have been watching all of the first season episodes, since we have them on DVD.
Sometimes I think the Robinson family is kind of... nicey-nicey, kinda like the Brady Bunch, and they're a bit too sweet sometimes. And perhaps some of the stories are a bit cheesy. But I do like the stories in general, and I am especially fond of Dr. Smith and the robot, because they are absolutely hilarious.
Sometimes I also notice certain... goofs within the episodes, as I'll put it. For example, in the episode "All that Glitters", when Dr. Smith puts the metal ring around his neck, everything he touches turns into platinum. And yet, in one scene in the episode--before he shows off his new-found "talent" to the others--he picks up a sandwich and eats it, when it should have turned into platinum.
But I know that every show and series has some goofs, and I still think they are good regardless.
