Meh, when you get right down to it, everyone is a hypocrite at one point or another. Even me. Again we're all human, and we all make mistakes.
But if you can admit it when you're a hypocrite and if you can look at yourself honestly, then I think you're fine. You shouldn't beat yourself up over your mistakes, but just be aware of it and be able to acknowledge it, at least to yourself, when you do make a mistake.
The thing with hypocrites... it really ticks me off when people talk about something they don't like when they are OBVIOUSLY doing that very thing themselves.
I've seen some people act all huffy and judgemental while they are talking about how much they hate being judged. Um, excuse me? Look at yourself, please, if you're gonna talk about how much you dislike people judging you. If you don't like to be judged, then don't judge me. Thank you.
It's that sort of thing.

Once again spot on
This ties in with your thread about 'cliques' and how people should just be themselves. People may attempt to put you down because they are trying to fit in with other groups even when they thmselves for exampl actually like the thing they are hassling you about. In my book i think thats the worst type of hypocrite.
