Co-author difficulty

I am new to the site and this is probably my first post of any kind. So please excuse me if I am posting in the wrong place.

I have a problem which I have wanted to resolve for a long time. In my head I have a wealth of ideas which I wish I could put down on paper, but my life is at a difficult point with college and all. I have tried time and again to get an idea of mine turned to a story, and to date I have not finished once.

I need to find a co-author with some degree of experience to at least get me going on one of these ideas. I have plenty of ideas, I just need someone with creativity and a bit of time.

I seem to have found a co-author for my latest attempt. Hopefully for me, just like in My Cousin Vinny, the sixth time is the charm.
