Rain = Love that show! Yay for Mass Effect-ness! Do you read/write any fanfiction for it?

I've read some fan fics, RP'd with my OC in it (it helps that this particular OC randomly jumps dimensions lol) on multiple occassions, and drew some things too. I'm easily a ME fanatic, though no writing fanfics, I don't do a lot of fanfics.

Too bad the first game sucks. People tell me Mass Effect 2 is better, but I suppose that's because they pretty near ditched the RPG elements in favor of gunplay. Not that there's anything wrong with shooting things up As for me, no, I'm not RJ/Heather. I'm the RJ that got banned from OTH because the idiot admin didn't like that I branched into PG-13 territory. Rest azured, I didn't go back to the site after that, even when I worked around the ban. *goes back to playing Torchlight*

I'm not sure what you mean, but I think ME2 is a vast improvement in regards to combat. What I really miss from ME1 is being able to customize your squad's armor, the exploration of planets (I'd like that to return, except with a better vehicle than the Mako and some more varied terrains. Random things like the Shifty Looking Cow and the Prothean Pyramid were nice touches as well.) In my opinion, they both have their strengths and weaknesses, but neither of them really 'suck' and I think anyone who's willing to try out the franchise would really be doing themselves a favor by playing both, the first one first obviously.
I do remember some in-fighting at OTH, but again, missing leaves, and the branches aren't connecting any of the fighting to you. Huh, which admin was this?

I hear the PS3 version of ME2 will have an interactive comic that you can download, so that way you can not only know what happened in the first (since the first won't be seeing a PS3 release) but also shape your Shepard apparently, allowing you to choose whether he saved this, sacrificed whom, sacrificed another whom, or not in the events of ME1. I don't know if this DLC costs anything, but if you have the money, I'd say it'd be worth it, since it will allow you to, in a sense, do what 360 owners can do with the franchise. Experiment with different story paths, etc etc.

Oooh I know what you're talking about! I wish they had that for the 360, because I really don't like playing as the default Shepard sometimes. He's just so... mean.

Not sure what's what, but my one track mind has yet again made me just sort of skirt about. *sigh* I don't know if many of you'all are even still interested in such a prospect, but I've found myself a couple sites, a Mass Effect one included.
Hmm.. being that we've never really known each other, (maybe when we were three years younger, but I was too young then to really know anything), so maybe it's just sort of natural to separate ways without a second thought, but.. I mean, I'm talking to people, I'm not some loner, but.. I'm not quite ready to let you guys go yet.
So yeah, if any of you even read this, maybe message me some time?

I understand what you mean, it can be hard like that sometimes, and it's different for us all. We are a little active on here, just posting in the one RP on the site when we can. Feel free to message me any time if you want to, and I'm sure none of the other several active members would mind, either. But again, I understand what you mean. Keep your head up!!!

I suppose I can try to check hotmail more often, get into chats with you guys from time to time.
Anyways, got back from watching the Avengers today. It was so freaking epic, kept a fanboy grin on my face the entire time.

Indeed, it would be a lot easier to stay in touch with all of us over MSN probably. And I need to see that sometime. I've heard it's really good!! I thought of you today, I was taking a stroll down memory lane and stumbled upon to your old Spider-Man site and saw your post from like late December of 2010.

Oh really? I suppose I do remember putting up a desperate "where are you guys?" post, though now I don't even remember the name of the site. And yeah, I went to the theater with high expectations, since I've been hyping over this movie for the past couple months, hell, past four years if you consider that Iron Man 1 made it all possible. It exceeded all those expectations. Of course I made fan art to celebrate. (Yes I'm a brony. No, it's not the worst possible thing.)

Oh wow, nice art!!! I never knew you could draw like that! And yeah, I need to see the Avengers, I think I have yet to hear one complaint from any of my friends. And yeah, I was just looking at a loot of old sites that I've visited/been a part of, even to the smallest degree, over the past several years and I found that and your post. I am glad you are here on AX and managed to find us, it is good to catch up with you again! You were always a very nice, fun guy back in the day.
