The four-year-old sounds like me. Ugh, answering customer service emails. *shudders* I remember an audio file I saw on another site. It was a customer service guy and some short-tempered man. Apparently his computer wouldn't turn on, and for fifteen minutes they tried sorting it out, and the man just kept getting angrier and angrier, saying he'd 'take it to their superiors' and whatnot. Then the CS guy has a bright idea and tells him to try turning it on again, but pressing down on the button longer. It worked, and the man was cussing so much the CS just hung up on him.

I hate how Customer Service works. Its how it has to be and such and trust me we need it, but all kinds of it whether you're returning something, making a call to them, etc. is just so complicated for both sides.

I found out a week and a half ago that I need to find another job. The account I was on pulled out. As I type this, I'm within my last hour of being employed with this company. It's tough saying goodbye to a place I've worked at for over 3 years. I have applied at WalMart and am waiting for the background check and drug test results. Once they get those, they'll give me a call and I find out when I start my next job with WalMart. I wouldn't mind having some time of being unemployed. It would give me time to catch up on laundry and such. And to have my dream job for a week or so. Parenthood! Though I recently realized that at times it can be more a life sentence than a job. ;D
