Personally, I like pork. It's like a delicious substitute for beef steaks. However, I do like fried chicken.

These threads are awesome Crystal!  Keep on making them! They answer lifes toughest questions  I have to say chicken, and although I prefer to lead a healthy lifestyle I cant stand grilled chicken. It has to be fried! |

Ahh the question of the ages well i deal with both on a daily business cooking and eating. And While Chicken is probabbly the single most versatile protien, it lacks it's own distincte flavor. While a peice of pork cooked to perfection may not have to many things that can be paired with it (compared to chicken that is) but tastes absolutly amazing and can be eaten by itself with only a bit of salt and pepper. So I've got to say Pork. |
